TC Williams International Academy is dedicated to ensuring that every English language learner develops the skills and knowledge to pursue a productive and fulfilling life, to participate thoughtfully in a community, and to succeed in a diverse and evolving global society.
Mission
TC Williams International Academy’s mission is to create a learning environment where students, staff, and families participate in a supportive, cross-cultural and collaborative environment that promotes English language proficiency, content mastery and an appreciation of cultural diversity through rigorous, experiential and project based curricula.

Leadership skills are cultivated through advisory programs, service learning, and student leadership roles throughout the Academy.
The International Academy prepares students for college.
The rigorous ACPS curriculum will prepare students for post secondary success. Students may enroll in any class offered at TC Williams High School. Guidance counselors and advisors work closely with students, families and organizations to identify the best college and career plan for each student.
The International Academy fosters a sense of pride in the cultural and linguistic roots of all students.
Through classroom projects, school-wide initiatives, advisory-based lessons, and culture/language clubs, students develop a deep sense of pride in their own roots as well as a profound understanding of the diverse experiences of others.
The International Academy works hand in hand with families to support students in their development.
Parents are valued as crucial members and partners in our work and are an integral part of our community’s success.
